I would give this place a 5 star rating if it weren't for the fact that, although this is a self pay car wash, there's always someone there to operate the screen for you. Then, when it comes to the "tip" screen, the employee asked if I would like to leave a tip for the crew. WHY? I can make the payment and drive my car into the wash myself, and then machines do the work. The only human interaction should be when an employee guides you into the guide rails. I could see tipping if this was a hand wash business, but it's not. And I'm sure the crew is paid more than a restaurant server who relies on tips. Tipping is getting out of hand. Have the unlimited car wash. They just added some new gadgets and such. The wash is much better now. Vacuum pressure is also improved. Long line is f cars but they have a system and they go through quickly.

If you have been following me finally yesterday ray from mister car wash came up with a plan to help make sure this doesn't happen again and we have reach and s agreement so far as long as they do what they.said they would. If not than I will post more .Until than see you all at my next review
