Very friendly staff. They listen to you and don't start on your hair until they knowwhat you want.

They were nice but the guy didn't cut my hair the way I wanted it cut it was his way and one side is shorter than the other and I have the same issue I did when I walk in I will be calling management on this

I go to a lady named Carmen she works at the viaport mastercuts in the mall in Leesburg Fl i will only go to her because she knows how i live my hair
