This review reflects my experience working with Mark Emery. I sincerely wish I could leave 0/5 stars.
We paid significant, in my opinion exorbitant, fees for tax preparation last year, but the more serious issue was a complete lack of professional support when it mattered most this year. We needed a standard letter of explanation for final mortgage approval—something multiple CPAs we consulted afterward said would typically take just a few minutes to prepare.
