I need to update on a scathing review I gave Smile Design in January. I wrote the review out of frustration over a charge for work that my insurance did not cover although I was told it would. Please know that this had nothing to do with Dr. Shah or his staff. I think Dr Shah is magnificent and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I received a call today from Denise, the area manager who informed me that the charge was an error on their part and that the $883 would be voided. In her defense, she had tried to contact me several times but my phone recognized it as spam. She could not have been more polite and apologetic. I certainly want to say again that this never had anything to do with the staff and Smile Design Leesburg. I highly recommend Dr Shah and his staff.

I have been a patient with them for 4 years. I called them on Feb 8th because I had a crown that was chipped. I was informed that they would see if they had any cancelations and call me back . I never received a call back. Feb 10th the crown fell out completely and was causing pain. I also have had 5 joint replacements and it is vital that I don't get dental infections. I called again at 9 am and was told "one of the girls" would call me back. I never received a call back so I called them at 11 am. I was informed they were not able to work me in. The fact that they never returned my calls so I could look for other options is very disappointing. The care I received when I had appointments was good. The support staff...not so good

Dental Avoider!!!! Resuming dental care, was recommended by my Aunt to see Dr Snyder. First off, the dental administrative came out to the waiting room with the forms to be filled ( Got out from her desk, not calling me behind the window!!) Very kind, soft spoken and professional. I was impressed by that gesture! After filling all pertinent paperwork my wait was not long, I explained to Dental Tech. Tamika my nervousness, she was very comforting , explaining entire process as she took X-rays, the Dental Hygienist followed ( forgot name sorry) also describing process, outcome and plan, in comes Dr Snyder (I tried my best not to show anxiety) his demeanor was superb! Equally as informative, and earned my trust, I was given Plan of Action for my care, projected costs, not pushed at all, the freedom to do at my pace. I LOVE the fact I can do " one stop-shop" not have to endure seeing other doctors. Who wants HBP during the entire visit again?! The visit was well worth it, with information and cost at hand I'm ready to start my " dental journey" in the next weeks. The ENTIRE staff deserves a Navy Bravo-Zulu for a job well done but most of all the synchronized good vibe and system they have from start to finish. I will manage my anxieties with a supportive team like this. Thank you Dr Snyder and staff!!! 10 STARS!! **********
