    I located Jim O'brien on the BBB website. He responded to my VM message, we made an appointment, and he was on time to discuss our bathroom remodel. Jim gave a complete estimate (although his allowances were on the low side, and we went with higher finishes). His guys were great and respectful of our house during the process. As with any remodel, we hit a couple of unexpected hitches, but were able to work them out to my satisfaction. The time to complete a remodel is always longer that the estimate, as was the case here.
