I located Jim O'brien on the BBB website. He responded to my VM message, we made an appointment, and he was on time to discuss our bathroom remodel. Jim gave a complete estimate (although his allowances were on the low side, and we went with higher finishes). His guys were great and respectful of our house during the process. As with any remodel, we hit a couple of unexpected hitches, but were able to work them out to my satisfaction. The time to complete a remodel is always longer that the estimate, as was the case here. A couple of the waits had to do with long lead times. I had a vision of the end result, and it turned out pretty close to my expectations. I had a bathroom remodeled and it was done by professional people. Everyone of the people that worked on my bathroom showed up when they said they would be there and worked until they had the job done. I also liked that a manager from the company showed up every evening to check on the progress and quality of work done that day.

I would use this company any time that I need work done in my home.

I hired this contractor after a horrific experience of hiring the wrong one. This team of professionals, from start to finish, rebuilt my addition on my home and gave me the additional space needed to assist with caring for my disabled mother.
