Called this morning to set up an appointment. The lady that answered told me that they were understaffed, too many call ins. So with that she said she would call me back ( almost 3 hrs later). The time that she spent telling me about the employee situation (lack of) she could have made me an appointment. Didn’t get a call back until 1 pm. Meanwhile I was turned off to her complaining about her coworkers not being there and made my appointment with another eye doctor. I understand your frustration that your coworkers let you down and made you do more work. I go through the same thing, but I do not take it out on the customers.

Dr. Berry is very professional. He goes above and beyond to help his patients. He knew exactly what was wrong with my eyes, which was misdiagnosed by an ophthalmologist, recommended an excellent surgeon and now my eyes are nearly perfect! I highly recommend Dr. Berry and his warm, welcoming and knowledgeable staff!
