I am very pleased with the services that we received from Home instead based out of Leesburg, Florida. That is not to say that we didn’t have any issues at all, but more to complement them when an issue arose as to how they handled it Homestead worked very hard to find a good caretaker match for my mother. They were very responsive with evey call and question. I used Home Instead after my knee replacement surgery. I knew I was going to need some help. Prior to surgery Jon came and unexplained how home instead could help me during my recovery. Jon actually introduced the caregiver to me, the caregiver came to my home every other day and they were such a blessing! For trustworthy home care I would recommend Home Instead!
Your loved ones could not be in better hand than Home Instead. John and his staff are excellent and care from the heart. They stepped in quickly to help care for my brother in his last days. Ronni, Katheryn, and Rachel were loving, professional and cared for him with dignity and John was always available to make sure things were going smoothly. I recommend Home Instead
