Denise is wonderful. Don’t use their online appointment system. Apparently it doesn’t work and they’ll call you day of your appointment to cancel. There was no attempt to call me previous, and now I will not be able to get my hair cut before an event.
Chandra saved my life - literally. I had never had my hair done professionally and it was completely wrecked (4 different colors). Chan was patient, kind and reassuring - I needed that so badly at the time. I think she could sense that and she took care of me as a walk in. She did an amazing job!
