Dry Clean City is a professional and customer service oriented business. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, with Connie going above and beyond to assist customers. They are quick to respond and work out solutions, even when the store is closed. The service is speedy, and shirts are impeccably cleaned. The staff made a first-time experience great, and the facility seems very well run. They are also helpful with preparing clothes for alterations and cleaning ROTC uniforms. Customers appreciate the quick turnaround, with a Saturday drop-off ready by Monday morning. The prices are great, and the service is a 10/10. Customers highly recommend the business and would travel again to use it. All-around 5 stars.

What a difference a few miles make. The owner and staff at this location were very friendly and helpful with preparing a dress for alterations. I look forward to it being finished next week and I would travel again to Dry Clean City in Leesburg to use this business.
