Worst Experience IN MY LIFE. Absolute horror show. Dr. Vaziri said I needed three crowns."Proposed Treatment Plan" Subtotal for this Phase $2946 Insurance $1100 and Patient $1747. I agreed made followup appt a week later. I put $1747 on my credit card and they took me back. The assistants didn't do impressions ever with mold of my teeth. Instead they did it with a camera digitally. Than I walked out to make my next appt for permanent crowns & was told Insurance won't pay anything it is all used up & forced me to pay $1100 more. I have since spoken to 5 Met Life Dental Offices all of them said they would NEVER do that and if they DID they would not demand $$ for their mistake. My teeth were nubs and frankly I felt trapped. The temp crowns were fine I guess I could not really chew on that side of my mouth because I suffered 10 Days a of HELL from Jaw pain for having my mouth open for 5 hours with a stopper. HELL pain and agony don't use stopper do one tooth at a time. Next the crowns finally came in 12 days later (I think) and I went in. I was forced to sign a document saying the three crowns were the right color and size after my mouth had been numbed and I could not feel anything. I was like I have never done this before. RED FLAG find out what they will make you sign BEFORE you get any work done here - PLEASE. I have never had to do that before. The three crowns were placed and glued. Than the short haired super nice lady who had to clean up cement is look at my mouth with absolute HORROR on her face I was like what is wrong? She say "Nothing just gotta get the cement out before it dries". I said OK. Another Red Flag. I finally go home and because it was a Thursday & they are Closed on Friday I woke up next morning and BOOM nightmare. My new crowns are all really big like huge teeth - too big for my mouth I am lisping and spitting when I talk Friday - Sunday I was miserable. I bit my own tongue and my cheek several times because my own tongue no longer fit in my mouth. I could not stop lisping. I also could not floss between two teeth w/ new solo crown on top it was way too tight. All weekend long I could feel my upper teeth moving due to the now too big /tight tooth and they literally still to do this day weeks later still are having feelings of movement due to tight teeth. Monday Morning I went to another dentist but they were concerned I would drag them into a lawsuit. Didn't want to get involved. NICE. I than drove right to A Leading Edge because I was so desperate. I had already missed so much work. All they had to do was bring me back and fix it or atleast look at me. I didn't have an appt. So DON'T ever expect them to move mountains for you if you have an emergency and if you are having problems with their work. THEY will not. After waiting a good 30 minutes I had a bad feeling... just get out of their but just incase no one will help I made another appt for FOUR Days later also on a Thursday. I than found my new dentist and I had to lie. I said this work was done in another state I was afraid to be honest because I was afraid he like the other dentist would be fearful of being dragged into some nightmare. I described to my New Dentist in The Villages (highly regarded) that they never did impressions and used some fancy camera. This new dentist also state of the art said "Just like 3D printed Crowns are not their yet - those new cameras are not their yet and he won't use either he could not believe HOW big all three of my crowns were. I actually recorded the entire appt and they took xrays so we have that for proof. He than drilled and drilled and drilled for an hour and a half - each tooth was too big. All three crowns were to "tall" all three crowns have "occlusion" which means they don't fit over my tooth properly all all 3 will have to be replaced. The teeth had to be drilled on front and back of each tooth and on top of each tooth. Now they fit in my mouth but all have Occlusion. All Three - all of them will need
