We have had Bates as our service provider for a while now and they have done a great job, last week we noticed a few bugs in our garage and in our bathrooms, we called Bates and our service Tech. Keith came out today (Monday) and he really did a fantastic job of spraying to take care of this problem. Very courteous and professional. He told us he doesn't think we will see any problems again-BUT if we do-call and he will come again and take care if it Asap. Great company and great response when you have a problem.
