Put on hold for 45 minutes on Thursday, 5/18/23. Went to the business site in Leesburg, FL on Friday 5/19/23 and the place was shut up tight with no sign of occupancy or activity. This site stinks, it is a joke, service is non-existent, response to phone calls is a travesty to the word "service". This place should be shut down, it is a shame it sports your brand name.

I would think twice before using them... they are horrible all the other reviews were spot on. The customer service is horrible if you can even get anyone to answer the phone you have to call several times and if you get answering service they never call you back....BUT why is answering service answering the phones in the middle of the day anyway. I have been at the local several times at different hours and they are not at all busy they can't answer a customers call. Awful company. Customer service for issues with CPAP machine is awful. They don't return calls. Requires a call to the 800 number, then if your lucky they will find someone to address your problem, but it will take several calls to get answers to simple questions - they make you feel like its a bother or why should you be asking for that information.
