If I could give a 0 I would. Last week I was called by a staff member and informed them I was still in rehab and going home on Saturday. She stated will follow up. Case worker at rehab confirmed with me all updated material faxed and care should start Sunday. No call Saturday Sunday Monday. Saw my PCP on Tuesday. Accomplished was notified while I was still in office that they needed to be here today Wednesday. No call ,no-show. Called Dr office and had them fired and referred to another agency. There are a lot of home health agencies. I hope the next referral cares about their clients

Horrible, horrible company!! They deserve zero stars! My experience with them was a nightmare. After numerous texts, multiple calls & leaving voicemails over 3 weeks time, trying to get my 95 year old mother PT, nothing was ever scheduled. The only person I ever got to talk to was the one who answered the phone & they only told lies saying they would send someone in a couple days, then it was next week and then the next week, etc. After getting the run around for 3 weeks, we changed to a new company and they did more in one day than Accomplished did in 3 weeks! They need to change their name to UN-Accomplished!! They should be ashamed of themselves treating the elderly...read full review

I have been so happy with my care by Accomplished home care. I was admitted to Advent south for a stroke and the home health services (accomplished) has been phenomenal. Everyone on the team was well qualified, expedient and respectful. They truly helped me a lot with my recovery.
