The facilities are well-maintained, with spotless bathrooms and a clean gym area. Members appreciate the availability of amenities such as red light therapy beds and massage beds. With multiple locations, Planet Fitness stands out from its competitors, with some locations being considered superior to others. The gym is usually cleaned, which members appreciate. There is plenty of equipment for cardio, and the price is considered fair. Upon entrance, members receive a professional greeting, and the intake service is appropriate. The staff, such as Randy and Davia, are described as very professional in assisting members with paperwork and equipment.
I’ve been a member of this gym for years on and off and I’ve noticed the frequent staff changes. I’ve never made a review for a staff at this gym but Gary is a staff member that goes above and beyond & I needed to show my appreciation for his professionalism. Gary always greets me by name (I never told him my name) and with a smile on his face, he is always very helpful and seems to be cleaning either an equipment or the floor. I’ve also noticed that he greets & acknowledges all the guys around the gym. I've been coming to this location for years, and I must say since the renovation about a month now I'm enjoying the new experience and the staff is great as well. Customer services key and they have it.
