Seriously lacking customer service. I read the other comments and I am in total agreement..attitude stinks. When u tell them what u want and how the girl fetch an attitude. David the owner had to come rectify the matter. She sat in another chair speaking Vietnamese..totally know she was talking smack about me..

I usually only let David do my nails because they last longer and he's going to make sure that it's done right. Today I let the young lady that sits behind him do them I think her name is Fifi anyway she did almost as good as David. I never have any complaints when I come here.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Im giving 2 stars only because Jenny is a wiz with ingrown toenails but service is horrible. They don't do the hot towel and massage. The acrylic was thin and the nails shaped uneven with lumpy polish. And when I asked could someone fix my service; The owner tries to make me go back to who messed them up in them first place.I had to get a refund. NEVER AGAIN
