My positive experience started before I became a patient it is the reason I came to Chen as a former HHA 1 of my patient's was with Chen and the care he got was Awesome so now I am retired and need a primary Dr Chen was my choice and I love it here Dr. Franco is the best
I recently transferred my grandfather to chance Medical Center after transferring him from his doctor of 15 years I have found out more in the last 4 to 5 weeks about my grandfather then I have done the entire 15 years with his previous doctor Dr Lopez is wonderful and she carefully explains explains the situations and everything with you and I feel that she was God sent for my grandfather situation and my family is deeply grateful to her
They answer questions were very polite everything was done on time and they seems like they love their work. They all acted like a big happy family and they made us feel a part of it. So professional. It's my doctor's office and I don't want to be any place else.
