Have tried twice to meet with my Dr, but they chose to keep me waiting after 1 hour and I needed to leave. I see others with the sss as me issue. We should be contacting the Fl Department of Health then band together and file a class action lawsuit on these places

The worst most unprofessional clinic I know. This place should be close, my appointment was at 3pm and I waited from 2:33pm to 3:58pm to bee seeing by a Doctor and at the end I have to cancel the appointment and walk out. Places like this one will never progress , from the Doctors to the staff are lacking manners and respect for people time.

I am still at this clinic. It’s long overdue to leave this medical provider but I am working on it. In the meantime, don’t bring SSA forms to be filled out. You will be accused of committing fraud. If you decide it, please audio record the conversation being your PCP and yourself and have your legal person get a copy. And also, report to the corporate office about it. This was the second “doctor” mentioned it to me in a year time at this clinic. I had to tell my lawyer what was said and how they tried to discourage me from continuing my ssa claim for disability.
