This place have Horrible customer service, if you notice in these reviews most of their nasty attitude is catered towards women of color, which is insane because thats a majority of their clientele since they are convenient to a lot of local people. They are rough, rude, unaccomodating and will speak trash about you in their language. The lady that was doing my nails name was NGO, QUYH THI PHAN I believe as yes I did look at the certificate on the board behind her. She Was extremely rude and condescending the entire appointment. I would give no stars of i could.
I cannot believe the terrible service I received at this place! I spent $75 on a full set of gel nails with a square shape, and within 2 days, two of them fell off. When I went back, they acted like they had no idea what was wrong and had the nerve to charge me $10 to fix them. And then, just 2 days later, two more nails fell off, and the rest were lifting from the cuticle side. It's almost as if they purposely file the nails too thin so that you have to keep coming back. I am never setting foot in that place again - I'd rather drive all the way to Hollywood for a new set.
