Came to this location at 11 AM for my boys to get a cut/line up.Greeted an Employee, and they all just looked at me and went back to doing their work. So I sat down with my little ones. By 12:30 PM, no one STILL acknowledged me or asked me what services I needed. Obviously, no one comes into a barbershop with children, says hello, and sits down just for decoration and for fun. I’ve never had my time wasted like this. Learn to Acknowledge and SPEAK to your customers!!!! I’ve never been to a Barbershop that did not communicate and ask beforehand. You guys need US more than we need YOU. Please remember this. Heading to another location. Wouldn’t recommend this place...read full review
EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!I walked in with my son for his haircut, from the time I walked in to the time I left, no one even acknowledged me. I waited for over an hour and not a single person asked me what I needed done. When I walked I greeted everyone and said good morning, NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM SAID IT BACK.As I walked out with my son after wasting over an hour of my time and not being services, I walked out. As I was walking out, they simply looked at each other, looked at me and STILL didn't say a word.They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS.WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE
Very reliable and great service, first time there I was impressed, needed a barber I went to 4 barber shops with schedule to be open at 9 am it was 9:30 I'm driving around none of the shop were actually on schedule, but you guys really impressed me?keep it up?
