St. John’s is a place where the client care is of importance. Wonderful nurses and caregiver’s. Friendly and polite. Everyone works together to give the best possible care. My family and I are happy to know that our family member is being taken care of by the staff at St. John’s.
Before bringing my parents to St. John’s, I read a lot of negative reviews and was honestly concerned. But after touring the facility and now having two family members cared for here, I can confidently say those reviews did not reflect the reality I experienced.
As a healthcare professional, I understand how these environments work. Rehab centers are not hotels. They are clinical settings caring for people who are often very sick, sometimes incontinent, and recovering from major medical events. Some reviewers seem to misunderstand that.
