Recovering from shoulder surgery and getting back to playing tennis, I couldn't have picked a better place. However, I mostly worked with Omari, and I truly believe I wouldn't have made as much progress as I did without his help. Every session was different and specific to my personal recovery. He walked me through all the exercises and modified them as needed. This is definitely not the type of physical therapy that can be done at home. I'm so grateful I found Alkeme, and if you're looking for a place to do PT, it is hands down the best!“
