First time was amazing, and most definitely coming back! Loved the style she did for me, and it was pain free. Wash was super relaxing and just enjoyed talking to Paz. Love her hustle and mindset, most definitely coming back!!
Early morning yoga led by Paz provides a wonderful class where I feel welcomed despite being pretty new to yoga. I especially like that there is greater focus on meditation than technique. I leave classes feeling freer to face the day.
Excellent! I can’t believe that this is my fourth year doing Yoga with Paz. I really like her classes. She is very sweet and layback, her classes are always relaxing as they should be in Yoga!! What else can I add? Best location ever!!!!
