Nelson Gonzalez, the Branch Manager for the Clearwater, Florida area, is terrific. He came over today, and thoroughly addressed all of our rodent concerns, including climbing on top of roof and blocking an entry that was clearly being chewed on by rodents. Than you, Nelson! From the time I placed a call the Largo branch to get information, I received the most corteous service. I was able to schedule service for the next day. Michael Bryant was in charge of the inspection, and I couldn't have had a more corteous, professional, accommodating employee working with me. Koudos to Mike!
