This was my initial start service. Nicole was amazing! She was professional, knowledgable, and really took the time to provide an educated, detailed answer for all of my questions. She was thorough and helpful. She took the time to explain the process, next steps and what to expect.
Nicole did an outstanding job! We’ve been dealing German roaches and she explained every single step, reassured me that the problem would be taken care of and showed me what to look out for! I am so happy she is helping us so we can get back to feeling safe and comfortable at home!
Nicole was here for the first time today to take care of the outside. She was very personable. PLUS she came back to the door to show me a key she found in the dirt on the other side of the house... just in case it was ours! And it Was an extra car key of ours that we didn't even realize was lost! Wow! So glad that Nicole went the extra mile! Nicole is The Best!...in more ways than one!
