I'm Donna Carlson. I have had corneal dystrophy for several years. I've been to 2 ophthalmologist over the years and they did nothing about it. My vision was getting worst. Finally my son took me to his doctor in Tampa and his doctor sent me to Dr Neel Desai in Tampa. Dr Desai developed a procedure to correct my cornea. Now my vision is perfect. I was born with strabismus and have been made fun of for my eyes most of my life. I went to a few different offices to figure out my options for getting my eyes aligned. I’m so glad that I was referred to Dr. Byrd. I booked a consultation to get her opinion. She immediately made me feel comfortable. She told me that I was a perfect candidate for strabismus surgery.
