Highly recommend Kathy! ? I had a Manual Lymphatic Drainage session with her. It was my first one and she made sure I felt comfortable and talked me through what to expect before, during, and after. Plus she does the real deal MLD, not internet hype or fluff.

From the moment I walked in, she had this calm, grounded presence that makes you feel instantly taken care of.
