Out AC was not working and it was 95 degrees in our apartment. They said they would be out the next morning between 10 and 2:00pm. They called at 9:00am to say that don't have the manpower and therefore I will need to reschedule for another day. I rescheduled with another company who got it done. Had I read all of the poor reviews of Performance I never would have called them in the first place.

Lack of Perormance Air Conditioning. This place is a clownshow. Been without AC for 2 days in the middle of summer. Schedule an appt with them and the morning of appt a lady calls and says she needs to reschedule. No reason at all. The site claims same day service. Hahahaha, what a joke!! Hell, they cannot even make NEXT DAY service! From their site "which is why we offer 24/7 emergency services with no additional charges". Yeah, right.

I had this company come out for HVAC service and they were very good so I decided to have them come out for a Sewer Line replacement. What a disaster. I paid for a Camera inspection of the sewer line and even after calling for a week after the inspection I never received any photos or video of the inspection. The guy they sent out got the camera stuck in the sewer line and had to break open my line and dig up my yard to get his camera out. I now have a patch on the part of my sewer line that was ok. I called and called for an estimate with no response for 5 days until a person finally called me back with an estimate that was double what other companies are charging. I... read full review
