The gym is very clean and professional, providing a dynamic layer to the overall fitness journey. Newcomers and those with no prior experience are encouraged to visit this welcoming community. It is a great way to learn self defense skills, build better health habits, and feel safe in a family-like atmosphere.
Our three-year-old, soon four-year-old tried his first class last week, instructor was Zach and he can’t wait to go back! I love everything about the sport, the self discipline, the traditional bows on and off the mat, all around great life lessons at such a young age! I loved seeing a big mix of both boys and girls and a wide age range together. I definitely look forward to seeing our son’s growth here, owner & professor Rodrigo does a great job with the gym and his staff. Very clean & professional. Top notch.
