Scheduled an appointment for 10:30 am Sunday. (They open at 10:00). Arrived at 10:25. Doors were locked. Waited 10 minutes and left. I've been going there for years and have had decent haircuts for a decent price.Update: As I understand it, there was an emergency. I accept that reason. Review edited.

I just received one of the best haircuts ever from Krystle at the Indian Rocks Shopping Center. She was professional, friendly, and personable as well as giving me a great haircut! I will certainly be back to this location for as long as she is a stylist here. Please advise if there is another site to leave positive feedback. She should certainly be compensated and be involved in training other stylists on her professionalism, demeanor, skills, and outstanding customer service. I recently had a fantastic experience at Supercuts. Jamie did an excellent job with both the cut and color, delivering exactly what I envisioned. The salon was clean, stylists were friendly, great atmosphere, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I found my new salon! Highly recommend!
