I dont have an issue with Suncoast but MAKE SURE that you are aware this roof inspection will not satisfy the nasty Florida Insurance Companies that look at every opportunity to get you. The report I got from SCHI was denied by my insurance company and they are sending me a letter of non-renewal. Not sure that's exactly legal but its a bridge I have to cross. I am -1 a star because there was no follow thru to me on communication telling me that I was expected to call back to pay and I wasted $75 on something they were not certified to do according to the insurer. If SCHI wants to duke it out with my insurer I would gladly give that star back.
