Charles was an excellent electrician. I appreciate his service with my Solar on my home. He was laser focused on the customer experience and really knows how to relate to the customer and I appreciate people like him and you need more people like him in the service that you provide.
We had a great experience with Charles! After a storm caused some electrical damage, he tested our system, replaced our broken outlets, and replaced a fan and garbage disposal that were damaged. He also installed two additional outlets for us upon request while he was here. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He was flexible with scheduling and did quality work. We really appreciated his positive attitude, and we’re happy to have our house finally feeling back to normal again! We’d definitely recommend him.
Charles did an outstanding job installing my new main breaker panel. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process. His workmanship was exceptional, and it was clear he takes great pride in doing the job right.
