The owner thoroughly explains services and options, while the platinum blonde and oriental women provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers are pleased. A blonde highlighted lady has been praised for her expertise in solving billing concerns and handling complex alterations. Highly recommended for top-notch cleaning services in the area.
I brought in a very stained, old wedding dress. He was going to sample clean it but actually cleaned the whole dress. He did not charge me as he could not get all stain out, however it is 100% better than it was. The material is wearing but he tried so hard and then not to charge me, wow!
He cared more about the memories of this dress than $$. He is dedicated to his work and always does over and above on his work.
Thank you!!
