I emailed Rock Automotive in a bit of a pinch, thinking my starter was dead. The speed/clarity of communication was amazing, as well as being able to fit me in within a day or two of my call, and their estimated prices were reasonable as well. I ended up not needing the service due to some oversights by the battery shop I initially took the car to, but they (Rock Automotive) were still friendly and accommodating when I cancelled the appointment. The next time I need service, I will definitely be coming back to Ian and the team at Rock Automotive.
I've been going there for a couple of years now. Very reliable and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. Reasonable pricing, always listen to what your concerns are. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I never have to worry about being taken advantage of.
