She was lovely to talk to, and on the same day of me sending her my mother's information she was able to get us scheduled with a smile. I have had previous bad experiences of people not prioritizing getting my mom in the office quickly before, but Annia was able to sort through everything within hours, and for that I am so thankful. If you are a new patient I recommend you get signed up by her, the most effective and kind person to be doing this job.“
