I had an encounter with an employee from this private security company. Despite my clear understanding of my rights, she persisted in trying to force me into actions she had no legal control over. Security personnel are not police officers and her behavior was unprofessional. I hope the company addresses this issue promptly.
From a retail perspective, I see a poorly funded security agency that is operating with outdated police interceptor cars, an extremely old website, and at least one guard that has an escalatory attitude and presumptuous agenda which is a bad policy for private protection. The only good thing I can say is the guard was observant but that performance might have been a coincidence. This review is a professional observation of my own so please do your own research before making any decisions about using this security agency.
