“Exceptional staff and extremely clean and beautiful office setting. I have one situation that has been bothering me since my appointment. I paid a large amount of money ( for me) and as I was paying before I left, the cc machine prompted me to leave a tip. I've been in a tipping environment my entire career. In hospitality for over 30 years, however, it was weird to be out in a position to tip a nurse after a clinic visit. Not a hairstylist, not a massage therapist, but an actual nurse that spent 10 minutes with me and I would assume is paid accordingly. It was very awkward, when I just spent a large amount of money for a 10 minute treatment, to be put in that position. I have been a client to this amazing Med Spa for multiple years and that was the first time I was ever prompted to leave a tip. I hope I did not insult the nurse on staff for not leaving a tip because she was awesome. I just never was put in such an awkward position before I really believe that that should be taken off of the credit card machine as a prompt. It's almost like Publix asking me to round up when they are a very extremely successful company and I'm a single mother barely able to afford food much less round up my total I find it to be an extremely tacky and very assuming request. Feels like being out of red light with a beggar in the center of the intersection asking for money today's life doesn't give a lot of room for extra money for average people working average jobs and it made me extremely uncomfortable to not leave a tip but I'm not in that position when I'm already paying almost $200 for 10 minutes to leave another 40 as a tip I do hope that they get rid of this because it is an extremely tacky way of getting money out of people that don't have the means.“
