I would like to commend Massey Termite Services for their 5 STARS Excellent customer service. I recently had some concerns regarding services and billing. After contacting the office, I received a prompt return call from Ms. Antonieta, a representative I believe is based in the San Antonio, TX office.
She was professional, attentive, and addressed my concerns thoroughly. Together, we resolved the issues and made the necessary corrections.
As a business owner, I truly appreciate the level of customer service she provided. Massey Services is fortunate to have Ms. Antonieta on their team—she retained a customer who had been considering leaving.

We are extremely satisfied with Ben Brook at Macy’s services! We were worried with our new move-in and a few roaches which the apartments took car of right away! We have never had such an informative service and he made us feel so comfortable about the situation when leaving. Please ask for him every time!
