Won’t go into details but we had a short altercation with an employee of this establishment. Jeff, the manger, did everything in his power to see that the employees were disciplined in a way that seemed fit and did everything he could to right the wrong. Highly recommend Lens. They did a fantastic job with my AC unit today. They showed up on time- did a great job- cleaned up the mess, although I told them I would get it since they had been working so hard, but they insisted they would do it. Both guys were very friendly and professional. The owner came by twice just to make sure all was going well. Thanks for doing g such a great job!!! Will absolutely be calling Lens anytime I need Hvac work done.
