Won’t go into details but we had a short altercation with an employee of this establishment. Jeff, the manger, did everything in his power to see that the employees were disciplined in a way that seemed fit and did everything he could to right the wrong. I commend Jeff for his GREAT customer service ���
I've been using Len's at my stores for several years. It's nice to be able to reach out to the owner whenever we have issues, and know that we're going to get service quickly. I would recommend them to any business that needs quality A/C and Heating needs.
