This place was absolutely amazing. I had to go in for a root canal today and I was definitely nervous about it going into my appointment. The girls at the front desk were so nice and welcoming they greeted me by my name before I could even tell them who I was! And the the dental assistant came to get me to get prepped to see the doctor and she was a sweet heart. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Then when it was time for the doctor to come in he was absolutely amazing. We were conversating and laughing the whole time he made me feel even more comfortable and relaxed I didn’t think it was possible while getting.a root canal! l almost fell asleep. Consulted with Dr. Watts regarding a sore tongue. She was very attentive and suggested a cure for the problem. Her helper, Preston, and the ladies at the front desk, were friendly and attentive as well.
Always a good experience with Dr. Vila and her staff. The staff is efficient, personable, and professional. Dr Vila has made the implant process as easy and comfortable for me. She is definitely professional and empathetic. My most recent visit concerned an issue near the implant. She allowed me to come to office first thing in the morning the next day to check it out. It had nothing to do with the implant fortunately and all is well. I appreciate the time she takes for my case, and I am sure she is like that with all her patients. Thank you Dr. Vila and staff.
