I came here for the first time to try the red light therapy! It was the BEST, most relaxed 15 minutes EVER! I left feeling extremely relaxed and much lighter. Rachel did a great attending me and educating me on the rest of the services offered. I am so excited to go back!

I purchased a 7 session package. As I walked into the room to begin my tan the bed had already been on so I had to quickly undress and jump into the bed. I lost 3 minutes of my tanning session. After I explained to the employee she told me she’d speak to her manager about the situation. She then called me back and kindly credited me more sessions.

They are REALLY stepping it up and changing all the aggravating things I see previously reviewed. Maggie has made canceling my membership so easy due to a family emergency. Instead of getting charged just to leave!!!! Unfortunately I lose my reward points but that’s fine compared to what happens to consumers when they want to cancel memberships! I will be taking my business to L.A Tan the second I get back to Largo! Thank you Maggie for all you have done for us as consumers and for the business.
