I made appointment, got there the next day and had me wait over 30 minutes. He said he doesn't have time to call insurance to make sure he takes what I have. He then says go home and I'll do it when I can. As I'm sitting in the waiting room crying in pain he refuses me. While I also spent almost $20 to get there in Uber. Just to be told I'll have to go home and wait. The receptionist was kind but doctor Carlo was not. So I wasted my money to get told no, wait until later and I'll call you when I have time. Awful place the worst I've ever dealt with honestly. Why couldn't you figure that out when we were on the phone days before? This doctor has no heart

I am a new client to Dr. Carlo and the Indian Rocks Family Chiropractic Clinic. I am so happy I decided to come here. Not only is it well located and convenient but the staff has been so accommodating. They have made it very easy to receive care. Dr. Carlo is thorough and knowledgeable. I am a large man and he has no trouble adjusting me. However he was also able to gently treat an injury that was very tender without causing pain. He took X rays and made sure that he knew my issues and showed me the X-rays and explained to me why I was experiencing my pain and how he was going to treat it.
