I used HomeGuard years ago, With much satisfaction. This month after a neighbor's house was being tented, I Noticed droppings by a baseboard in my home. I called three companies. First two told me I had Termites, And would need my Attic gased. Also a Ant protection plan. Rick from Home guard stopped by right on time for my Schedule appointment. He let me show him and addressed all of my concerns. He told me I have No Termites! Also, Gave me a few pointers to help keep Ants away from my Home. Did not push a service plan on me, like The two previous companies. I Appreciate Rick's honestly! Great Experience... had my house treated several years ago. Now I just pay for the annual inspection - so if there is ever an issue, they treat area immediately. They had to retreat one area a few times, but the Termites are gone. So happy I decided not to tent, this type of treatment make so much more sense.
