I recently was declared cancer free after a year long battle of chemotherapy and radiation for esophageal cancer. I’ve been struggling with lymphedema in my neck from radiation. Rupa has been treating me for a month now and I’m starting to see improvement. Not only does she perform lymphatic massage she will educate you on how to exercise to help control it. I totally recommend frontline therapy.

The primary side effect of my chemo is neuropathy. I began working with Rupa in January 2023. The results have been awesome. My endurance and strength have increased markedly, my balance is returning, and the feeling is returning to my feet and legs. I am able to drive again safely. I continue to feel more and more confident in my mobility and less concerned with falling. Rupa’s calm but determined approach is incredibly supportive and a large contributor to my progress. I feel very fortunate to be working with her and grateful for her efforts on my behalf.

Rupa is an excellent therapist. She was able to help fix my problem after a couple of sessions. No more leg pain and I completely stopped taking pain medication. I’m very happy with the results and will continue doing home exercises as instructed by Rupa .
