My husband and I were looking to replace our old bedroom carpet with vinyl flooring. Bekki Starling mentioned the company she works for, Floor Coverings International. She made it so simple for us. She set everything up and then followed up by coming to our house to help with the color choices. Bekki was so helpful and made it easy for us. We are very happy with the results.
I wold give the floor a 5 it looks great and adds such a different look to our house
But I would put a 4 on the project because they didn’t have enough flooring to finish the job we had to wait a week to have flooring finished until they order 2 boxes of flooring to finish
The final floor look great and I am satisfied with there sales force and selection
Traci and Reid went beyond to answer any and every question that we had in such a timely manner. When it came to any issue that may have come up, it was executed in minutes. I really appreciate the service that we received and the floors look AMAZING! Thank you for everything and I will absolutely recommend to anyone who asks. This was an overall pleasant experience from start to finish
