Two computer professionals told me my hard drive had to be reformatted and no way to save my data. Mark said, we simply make the master the slave And read the data off of the old hard drive. In other words, a position my failing hard drive has essentially an external drive to a computer he easily pulled off the data. Would like to insert some derogatory words here about the people who said I had to format my hard drive and I had to lose my data. They should be run out of town and business. Mark is incredible and really nice guy.

Just on the phone this guys know what they're talking about. Very professional and helpful. Even with my rare gadget they figured out what was wrong. They've got a new fan!!
