The visit ran long because they had a new software installed just 2 days prior, but the tech was thourough taking xrays&Dr Micah was kind knowledgeable&had a good bedside manner.
I had the best experience at this dentists office. Julio was exceptionally helpful and very good at his job. He took his time to explain any questions I had and he did in such a good and simple words so I can understand the whole process. Julio cleaned my teeth so good I will definitely keep coming to this office.
Dr.Zachary did my crown two years ago and twice it fell down third time I complained I feel like it’s loose and other doctor told me its ok.Finally I lost it and reception lady told me I have to pay for new one because my insurance pay only every 5 years for same tooth.Dr.Zachary did bad job and he is not working there any longer.I feel they should fix it free of charge because it was not my fault Dr.did bad job.
I am very disappointed and I don't know where I can complain in their office.I call my insurance and they can not believe this happened ,so I appeal it take 30 days,but I feel they will not pay for that.If anyone can help me with this I appreciate.
