Dr.Zachary did my crown two years ago and twice it fell down third time I complained I feel like it’s loose and other doctor told me its ok.Finally I lost it and reception lady told me I have to pay for new one because my insurance pay only every 5 years for same tooth.Dr.Zachary did bad job and he is not working there any longer.I feel they should fix it free of charge because it was not my fault Dr.did bad job.
I am very disappointed and I don't know where I can complain in their office.I call my insurance and they can not believe this happened ,so I appeal it take 30 days,but I feel they will not pay for that.If anyone can help me with this I appreciate.
It was the best dental experience I've ever had.... the staff were very friendly and the dentist was very knowledgeable and understanding as well as explaining exactly what I needed done and she wrote out 3 plans for my dental work including the prices... honestly I would recommend them to anyone who asks... I felt like they actually were not all about the money they actually showed concern for my dental health and how they could help my situation with the least expensive route...
I had my first and only tooth pulled at the ripe old age of 57. Doctor Christine Van Groesbeck was absolutely wonderful. When I say I didn’t feel a thing I mean I did not feel anything at all whatsoever. From the numbing agent to the actual pull of the tooth itself I didn’t feel a thing. The entire procedure only took about 15 minutes from the time I got to the office to the time I left the front door. Without exaggeration this has got to be the most wonderful experience at a dentist office I have ever had. I highly recommend this office and I highly recommend Dr. V. Wonderful job Dr. V and your staff.
