She (Monika/ Monica) was absolutely amazing. Great customer service, wonderful ambiance. Threading is first come first serve, but they do have appointments for other services.
She takes the time to check for the correct angles to ensure the shape is correct for your face. If you have a certain brow shape- show a photo for better results.
Some tips: try not to wear make up at your appointment as you will be asked to hold your eye area to stretch the skin (this makes removal easier). There will be a little bit of pain similar to tweezing. You will be red due to the service but it will clear up within an hour.

I regularly visit this place. I always get my all the services done from Monika. She is excellent in her job. She keeps no stone unturned to satisfy and address the needs of the customer. I get my eyebrows done from her regularly and she is significantly improved the shape of my eyebrows. I would definitely recommend this place.
