Carpet Pros is amazing! I needed the carpets cleaned with just a few days notice as my house was being put on the market. Scheduling was made so easy. When the technician came out he was actually punctual, friendly and professional. Our Carpets did have a room or two that had animal urine odor. Sadly I could still smell it after the first treatment. The owners were so kind and sent out the manager to do a second treatment. That took care of it! My floors look and smell amazing and I can’t say enough good things about this company! Definitely made a customer for life.

Our dog developed diabetes which caused him to drink and urinate a lot. We discovered that he was using the guest bedroom to urinate so we had a big clean up problem. Carpet Pros, Wil was the tech, did the whole house but focused on the problem room. It took several treatments but the carpet is spotless and there is no residual odor. I am impressed with everyone in the company with whom I had contact. Professional, skillful, friendly, creative, caring and responsive are words to describe Carpet Pros. Thank you so much.
